Pet Policy

We love our four-legged family members just as much as you do! We welcome one dog per rental property with prior approval and a few simple guidelines to keep everyone happy.

This property considers one, well-trained dog on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, the dog must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Must be non-aggressive and have no bite history
• Must be house-trained
• Must be up to date on vaccinations
• Must not cause excessive noise, damage, or disturbances
• No puppies under 1 year old
• No exotic pets, reptiles, or other animals

If approved, the following fees apply:

• $100 one-time additional security deposit
• $100 monthly pet fee

Tenants are responsible for all pet-related damage, cleaning fees, and liability.

This is a general overview of our pet policy and is subject to change at any time. Full pet policy terms will be provided upon lease signing. Hart & Home Properties LLC reserves the right to make final approval decisions regarding all pets.
