Pet Policy

We love our four-legged family members just as much as you do! We welcome one dog per rental property with prior approval and a few simple guidelines to keep everyone happy.

This property considers one or two, well-trained dogs on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, the dog or dogs must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Must be non-aggressive and have no bite history
• Must be house-trained
• Must be up to date on vaccinations
• Must not cause excessive noise, damage, or disturbances
• No puppies under 1 year old
• No exotic pets, reptiles, or other animals

If approved, the following fees apply:

• $100 one-time additional security deposit (1 dog) or $150 additional security deposit (2 dogs)
• $100 monthly pet fee (1 dog) or $150 monthly pet fee (2 dogs)

Tenants are responsible for all pet-related damage, cleaning fees, and liability.
