  • How Long are the lease terms?

    We require a minimum one year lease on all rental properties. 

  • How much is the security deposit?

    Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. If a tenant chooses to have a pet there is an additional $100 pet deposit as well.

  • Are pet's allowed?

    Please see our Pet Policy for additional details.

  • Who is responsible for lawn care?

    Lawn care is provided by landlord.

  • Who is responsible for utilities?

    All utilites are tenant responsiblity.

  • Is smoking allowed on the property?

    No. All of our rental properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigaretts, cigars, vaping, and any other tobacco or smoking products inside or outside the home. 

  • Do you accept Section 8 housing vouchers?

    All of our properties do no participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) or any rental assistance programs administered through HUD or third-party agencies. Applicants are welcome to apply however rental payments must be made directly by the tenant without assistance from these programs.
